2. Reservation & Booking
Reservations can be made online through our website, via phone, or in person at the homestay.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. If you choose to cancel your booking, the cancellation policy will apply.
The guest must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
3. Check-in and Check-out

The homestay is not liable for any injury or accident that may occur on the premises, except in cases where such injury results directly from homestay staff negligence.
8. Behavior & Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the laws and regulations of the area.
The homestay reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to illegal activities, disturbances, or damaging homestay property.
9. Guest Safety & Security
The homestay takes guest safety seriously. Security cameras may be in use in public areas.
Guests should lock their rooms when not in use and take care when leaving personal items in their rooms.
